Beehive Distilling
We started with the notion that gin wasn’t being given the love it deserved. Real gin—a blast of juniper followed by the complex intrigue of all the other botanicals—was being challenged by pretenders. Gin shouldn’t taste like a citrus drink, and it shouldn’t taste like cleaning fluid. We give gin some well-deserved attention. Small batches on a small still. Botanicals measured and macerated by hand, distilled, bottled and labeled in our Salt Lake City distillery.

Heimark Vineyard
Farming, by its nature, is humbling. It is a reminder that the earth is more than the land on which we live. Embedded within the soil lie the footprints of every being that has lived and every civilization that has been built.
At Heimark Vineyard, paramount attention to detail and to the pursuit of excellence is embedded in every stage of our farming and winemaking. We apply sustainable farming techniques in a way that ultimately speaks to the purity of the terroir. Patiently, deliberately, Nature rewards us with exceptional harvests. Our wines are crafted in small lots to give voice to the beauty of these vines.
Heimark Vineyard is a family-run venture, and one of our family’s passions for more than thirty years has been educational outreach in Kenya, India, Ghana, Nicaragua, and across the United States. Consistent with these values, some of the proceeds from Heimark Vineyard will be reinvested in the education of Napa Valley farmworkers and in the promotion of education around the globe.

Obsidian Ridge Winery
Obsidian Ridge Vineyard is planted at 2,640' atop the Mayacamas range north of the Napa Valley. This is one of the newest American Viticultural Areas, named Red Hills Lake County for the distinctive volcanic soils that define this remarkable mountain appellation. The vineyard’s red soils are shot through with obsidian rock — this steep, sloping terroir of obsidian gravel is all that a winemaker could hope for. The unrestricted drainage and meager soil fertility produce wines with great tannic structure.

Talley Vineyards
Wines Reflective of the San Luis Obispo Coast. Our family farmed estate vineyards harness the terroir of the SLO Coast, allowing our wines to express unique authenticity. Wines with Burgundian style with California influence: approachable minerality, delicate fruit, and refreshing energy. As the pioneering Pinot Noir producer in the Arroyo Grande Valley, we made our first wine in 1986 and planted our first vineyard in 1982. We are inspired by Burgundy for its unwavering dedication to wine that perfectly expresses place and time. Our location within California’s SLO Coast region imparts a beautiful mix of gentle sunshine and cool weather ideally suited for Pinot Noir.

Willamette Valley Vineyards
Founder, Jim Bernau, purchased the Estate site in 1983 and cleared away the old pioneer plum orchard hidden in scotch broom and blackberry vines. He planted Pinot Noir (Pommard and Wadenswil clones), Chardonnay (Dijon and Espiguette) and Pinot Gris. Our approach is to grow, by hand, the highest quality fruit using careful canopy management, and to achieve wines that are truly expressive of the varietal and the place where they are grown.
